Your project terms
​Evaluation: 895
Paid online before the visit and credited in full toward your flood-barrier purchase. The fee covers the agreed evaluation service. Once the evaluation is completed, the fee is non-refundable, subject to your rights and remedies under applicable law. If you cancel before completion, any amount retained is limited to charges permitted by law.
Order deposit: 2,000
The deposit is credited in full toward your purchase. It is used to start manufacturing under the contract and applicable statutory time limits. Your written quote and contract specify the custom manufacturing, included installation, selected options, total price, taxes, currency, payment schedule and delivery/installation timing. If you cancel, any amount retained from the deposit is limited to amounts lawfully payable for work performed and costs incurred. Any balance owing to you will be refunded as required by law.
Cancellation
You may contact structureavantage@outlook.com to cancel. Include your name and, if available, your order number or a copy of your invoice to help us locate your order. This does not restrict any other legally valid way to give notice or make an invoice a condition of exercising your rights.
Your rights
This summary supplements your written quote and contract. Mandatory cancellation, refund and warranty rights remain fully applicable. Changes to this page do not remove rights or refund promises attached to an existing order.
